PIC manufactures a wide variety of In-Flight Entertainment Aircraft Cable and cable assemblies for use in the cockpit and the cabin. Our low loss, high temperature RF, Video, USB, Composite and Ethernet Cables & Wires are perfect for all types of TV's, Stereo's, Monitors, Computers, Communication Systems and other Multimedia Devices.

Lightning Sensor

PIC's 11-conductor, multiple-shielded D611122 is specifically approved for the Honeywell LSZ 850 lightning sensor system, connecting the controller to the antenna and processor.

Stormscope™

BFGoodrich lists PIC cables for their WX-1000 and WX-1000+ Stormscope™ systems for Display (15-conductor), Antenna (11-conductor), and Synchro/Gyro (7-conductor) applications. In addition, the 7- and 11-conductor cables are approved for position-sensor and display applications for BFG TCAS I systems.

Aircraft Antenna Cable

All PIC Aircraft Antenna Cables have multiple shields of tinned copper braid with 95% minimum coverage. They are Skydrol resistant, RoHS compliant and meet the FAA flammability requirements of FAR Part 23 and 25, Appendix F; comply with MIL-C-27500 as applicable.

PIC manufactures weather-sealed antenna connectors on the coax assemblies for TCAS II, TCAS I, Mode S, GPS, SATCOM, MLS, and other RF applications. Additionally, a moisture barrier of dual-wall shrink tube is on all PIC cable assemblies. This combination sealing protection provides supreme guarding against water absorption in coaxial antenna connectors.
